At Lakewood Organic Juices, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed products, we can only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any quality-related issues.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Thoroughly examine your shipment upon arrival for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or glass breakage that may have occurred during transit.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box, ensuring the batch code and expiration date on the bottle are visible for our quality control team.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service department with your order number and the attached photos to request a credit or a replacement shipment.

    Resolution

    Once your claim is verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement order at no additional cost to you.
